Booking Terms:

 

The above visit prices are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Booking will be considered confirmed only upon ‘The Roots’ receiving 100% advance payment for the said visit. The sequence of the visit is at the discretion of The Roots and its guide's on-ground policy. Our group sizes can vary from a minimum of 2 persons to a maximum of 6 persons, for we value personalization. The experienced ‘The Roots’ guide will be flexible as much as possible within the given logistics and time framework of the visit- the guide will answer your questions related to the visit to the best of his or her knowledge.

 

Tipping Policy:

At The Roots, our guides are passionate about delivering insightful and memorable experiences. While tipping is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for their dedication and hard work.

If you feel that your guide has enhanced your journey and provided exceptional service, a customary tip of 10% of the tour cost is a kind way to acknowledge their efforts. However, any amount is welcome and entirely at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

 

We work on a 100% advance payment policy. If the payment is not done at least 72 hours before the commencement of the visit, The Roots can take a call for not conducting the visit.

If the visit is cancelled within 7 days of its commencement, we levy a 100% cancellation fee. If it is cancelled within 8 to 14 days, we will levy a 50% cancellation fee. If it is cancelled 15 days before its commencement, the full tour amount will be refunded.

If cancelled due to a personal emergency or a Natural Calamity, The Roots shall be the decision maker related to any refund.
